What to do with my anubia?

My anubia has gotten rather large and was unsure what to do with it. Should I trim the leaves, split the rhyzome, or do nothing?

I uprooted it for better pics.

Split the rhizome if you want and have more plants. Or attach it to a nice piece of wood and enjoy it.
