what to feed my damsels!!

i just got some damsels today just started a new aquarium what would u recommend feeding them?? i have no clue thanks for any help ya give to me!!

Mine go nuts for the brine shrimp. Live is great, but the frozen are just a good (and a whole lot easier).

my chromis will eat brine shrimp (frozen). they go nuts for mysis shrmp. plus mysis shrimp has more protein.

marine flakes and frozen cubed food is good, they are not very picky once acclimated to the tank

i understand brine has little nutritional value, so its best as a snack...
