Could be any of quite a few different variants. It's not fully developed enough for me to discern. I have echinodorus atlandsberg, amazonicus, and paniculatus. It looks mostly like my amazon before it's growth blew up in my tank. With heavy light, the leaf portion started at the base, and the length reached over 18" long, and nearly 3" at its widest.

Thanks for replies but Wow they get that huge? This is my first time with plants so I have little experience but I have done some research . My tank is 36 gallon bow front and I have a 6400k t5 HO light and I'm going to make some root tabs, will this be enough for it to grow well?

It doesn't need much light, and is a very heavy root feeder. So yes, and yes, it can get pretty huge.
