I am 100% sure that it is a buenos aires tetra. Be advised that they are aggressve fin nippers. they nipped the heck out of my angel fish's fins, and even nipped at my loaches....they became oscar food!

Thanks. Yeah ive head them a couple of year nearly, i was told they were agrressive, which i why i got them so they could stand up for themselves against my fish that had killed all my others! And luckily everyones fins have been intact
