What's going on here?

So this is my nangi? Not sure what it's actually called. The leaves look a little funky, while one leave is bright green and sticks out like a sore thumb. I dose with flourish once a week, and potassium twice a week. Lights are on about 7-9 hours a day. I use root tabs for my other plants, but obviously not this one since its attached to decor. I do have brown algae, but not an excessive amount. Is there something im doing wrong? The only plant in my tank I would say that looks perfect are my wisteria, my amazon swords look okay.. but they could be better.

I'm trying to! But it says my data is full, I can't figure out how to delete my pictures from old post -_- .... And my light is t12 daylight bulb
