What's the best time?

I'm getting a Philippian Blue Angel fish from George9, but it really depends on when I get it. The soonest I would be able to get it is May 26. My tank was first set up (filled with water, filter activated, heater tested, etc.) on March 13. The cycle finished pretty quickly, at about the end of March.

The real question is: When can the Angelfish be added? My cycle would have been complete for 2 months on May 26.
