Hello can anyone tell me what the floating particals are in the video?

Could it be whitespot ? As it is everywhere n my tank currently has white spot but is it visable to the eye?

It kinda just looks like waste particles. Whenever I stir up my tanks, I get something similar floating around.

I dont think its waste, maybe the bigger partixals are but its been like this for few weeks now
