I use seachem root tabs for all my swords and crypts and they show substantially more growth than without them.
In a month my sword grew about 6-7 new leaves and I get good colors out of my rubin swords

They are quality root tabs. I use root tabs by AquariumPlants.com because I can not only get standard root tabs but also Phosphate root tabs and Iron root tabs for plants like Swords that like a lot of those two nutrients.
