I have never purchased fish online but I do like the www.liveaquaria.com site. They have good fish bios and info and when I purchased corals from them they did great. I am just a little standoffish about buying fish sight unseen. I like to see the fish eat and swim around a bit before my purchases.
I have purchased from liveaquaria in the past. They have a great 14 day warrenty and are very easy to deal with if you have a loss. decent prices and nice packaging as well. They have a flat shipping rate, no extra charges for boxes and packaging.
Just remember that in the event of a loss you will eat the shipping charges ($30 and up). If you are ordering enough items, or you can not find a decent lfs, online is a good way to go. Other wise, go with a quality lfs.
