Which one would be better lighting?

I just bought one of those 24'' and a 30'' of those Coral lifes, those would be way to big for my 5 gallon.


I think I got my lighting prob. handled thanks.

Ben, I've decided to buy a couple of clamp on lamps for my 5.5. gallon. How many lamps did you end up using with what watt bulbs and how did it work out? Thanks.

I don't use a clamp on lamp. I tried to use one i had and it burnt my bulbs out early for some reason. I've just built my own light that can fit 2 CFL screw in bulbs. I have 2x 15W CFL 6500K bulbs. My tank is heavily planted, no fertz, co2 added, medium lighting.
