Which two T8 lights for African tank?

Hey guys. I have a 75 gallon with a dual 48" T8 shop light currently with two 6500k bulbs. I currently have some Acei and Electric yellow labs and im looking to replace one of the 6500k bulbs for one to accent the fish's colour a bit better. No plants, so another factor is if there is one that wont feed algea growth as much vs another. Should i go with a Actnic bulb or a PowerGlo? Id like to keep the tank more of a clear colour vs the heavy blue i see on some reefs
