White dots like dust on anacharis

I have some anacharis in my tank and was wondering what the white particles on the anacharis are? There are lots of them:

What kind of fish do you have? It's hard to tell, but it could be eggs. I know I kept zebra danios for a while and I had a couple females that would scatter eggs all over, every once in a while.

Neon tetras and male guppies. I have only had the fish a week and a half.

It could be I did feed too much a few days ago. I will remove it with the gravel vacuum later. Thanks
