White mold

I have a 10 gallon tank, there seems to be a white mold that grows on bottom and spread to the glass,I totally took tank apart and washed it, 3 months later the mold now appear again.do you know what is causing it and how to get rid of it ?

What is the substrate? Got a picture?

I’ve seen fungus kind of growths on driftwood and other things that are organic. It only shows up when I don’t have inhabitants in the tank because I keep lots of inverts in my tank and they adore the stuff.

I have rocks and some fake plants.the
Rocks came from gravel on side of road.
I don't have a photo.
