White molly acting wierd

He keeps hiding behind the filter. I never see him eating. Sometimes he'll come out and eat but the instant I get close to the tank to look at him he zips off into the corner. It's just him and 4 zebra danios and a pitbull pleco. What's going on?

Hi, how long has the tank been set up? Have you tested your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate (and post the numbers here)? Have you added or removed anything to or from the tank recently (decor, fish, filter, etc)?

Sorry for the questions but getting more info will help pinpoint the issues.

It's been set up for well over a year now. I haven't removed anything but I have had a fish die last week. I have not checked the nitrate/nitrie/ammonia levels recently.
