White spot on one fish. Please help.

Its certainly not ich and it came overnight. I have these six mono angels for four days now.

All the other Monos I have started to eat but she didn't touch food for three days now but she is very active and energetic. What could be the problem and what this white spot is? Please help. Thanks.

Looks like a pimple? I can't find much of value on them.
I do know that fish NEEDS to eat or what ever is next will probably take it.
It already looks very thin in the chest region.
These are tough fish on each other and if it is not keeping up it is a victim waiting....
