White spots on glass

Also noticed these white spots on the back wall of my aquarium. Any ideas should I be getting rid of it? Right side of picture under the top rock

Perhaps spirinoid worms. They make a spiral, white shell and don't get much bigger than a pinhead usually. Completely harmless, but you can scrap them off if you don't like the looks of them.
