White stuffy fungus grow on my aquarium plants

My tank is filled mostly of cherry shrimps, and some fishes. This tank is a mature tank I had it for over years. Lots mosses. I think the first time I saw those white fungus was after I put fertilizers to the tank. So I change the water. Anyone know what kind of fungus? And how to treat it? (see attached picture)

I had some on some rock I had I scrubed the rock down and haven't seen it yet so I don't know how much that helps u
