Hello,

looking for some help. came home from vacation and my giraffe cichlid had these white substances on him. One of them looks like a cotton ball attached to his eye, and then there are a few other spots on his top. What do I do? Is there anything I can do, or is he done?

Looks like the Venustus scratched his eye. Fungus has attached itself to the damaged tissue. Prospects don't appear likely for a full recovery. Clean water & StressGuard will assist in healing.
