White worms in my betta tank (pic)... nasty !!!

My betta tank has like white tiny 1-2mm worms all over the glass and floating in the water.... I don't know what they are but its nasty...

I think they look like Planaria based on what I researched... I took a pic can anyone tell me ? I already bought some dog dewormer based on what I read if I dilute it in a 2g bucket and squirt like 200ml of it in the tank it should kill them.. But I want your guys opinions... I want them gone !!

I have had the same problem in my tanks for a long time. They're harmless but an eyesore. They don't really do anything and I've found my royal pleco and rainbow shark love them so I generally don't do anything to them
 
Jungle Parasite clear will kill them. Squishing them only creates more!

Make sure you don't overfeed. That's what usually causes them.
 
Just oxygenate your tank when you use it. It is not labeled for planaria use but it has metroniadazole which is effective against some of these types of things (parasites and things) so it worked for me.
