Whitr spot on harlequin rasboras

I hve noticed tht one of my harlequin rasboras has a big white spot on its upper lip and another one has a small one on its upper lip any one know what is wrong with it

It's hard to tell. Does it look like fuzz?

Igot told its a fungal when i phoned my lfs but the one with the bigger spot died over night i got told it was whiye spot so i brought anti whitw spot last night and done a 25% water change then put the stuff in
