WILL ADDING LIVE ROCK TO MY SETUP HELP CYCLE THE TANK ?????

Tank is 32 Gal.
Cycling with Damsels (bad Idea I know, I hadn't found AA when I started)
Loads of Tufa Rock (about 26 kilo's) and normal saltwater sand (not live)

If there is some good life on the LR and a bit of die-off you can use it to kick off the cycle.

I am actually about 2 weeks into my cycle and have been considering getting some for a while
