Will ich meds affect my pregnant swordtail?

Ive recently spotted white spots on my red platies and Im thinking on using meds to treat it...Is it safe for my pregnant swordtail though?

Safe I’d say. I’ve had live bearers breed after treatment and never noticed anything particular. The meds themselves are not risk-free for treatment unfortunately. You could try a half-dose on the first dose to allow fish to adjust.
