I have been getting some suggestions on lighting for adding soft or hard corals and I learned that two of these :

Dimmable 180W LED Aquarium Light Full Spectrum Lamp Coral Reef Fish Tank Marine

Will work in my 75 gallon reef tank. (48x18)

I have a canopy, so this will require some mounting and could possibly be a hazard if there are any errors in mounting if they fall in.

I found this bar light, but it’s 324 watts. - 108 led’s are 3w I like that it’s a straight bar and will be simple enough for me to install on my own. Is it overkill for my tank?

Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me!

Also, my LFS is recommending a Coralife Aqualite S - Anyone have one? Like/don’t like? I’m thinking it looks easy to find online and easy to install.
