looks like planaria...harmless. they feed off of excess food so limit your feeding.

Usually I just see the tiny white ones, but this dude was dark & much bigger...

What do you think? Try googling it out, I found on google that my parada was damselfly from plant that I brought had some egg on them, I'd remove them as the habit above the water level which is weird
