Worm resembling a caterpillar, brown striped with lots of legs/tentacles

I have these in my tank too and have no idea what they are. They're harmless though, I've had them for like 3 years without an issue

That's crazy because they seem like they would be common but I can't find anything about them anywhere...but thank you for putting my mind at ease somewhat. I kind of figured they were harmless because all they seem to do is crawl up and down the glass. But then again I don't have anything in my tank as of yet, still cycling.
