Hello,

I am setting up a 90 gallon very shortly. I currently have a eheim 2215 and 2217 that will be running in this tank as well as a marineland penguin 350. I am thinking of adding a second marineland penguin 350.

Is this too much filtration?

Lots of people would tell you no such thing as over filtration. Planted tanks are usually under filtered though it helps feed the plants.

I had filtration for 150 gallon on a 30 gallon and that was the cleanest tank O ever had .

Just make sure there's not more current than the fish can handle.

Mine was baffled and everyone did great even my Betta loved the flow I would see him riding the current all the time lol
