Would this light work for corals

Without knowing more specifics about the fixture, I would say yes. A 10,000K bulb is acceptable for use in a reef tank. When I started using metal halides over my reef about 20 yrs ago, they only bulbs that were available were either 5,500K or 6,500K. Natural sunlight is around 6,500K. The higher you go on the Kelvin scale, the more blue there is in the bulb. A 10,000K bulb is very white.
