My Xenia is staring to grow bumps or something. Do you guys know what these are?

It was a gift they told me it was a pumping Xenia or something like that

Cool do you think maybe it lost some skin by leaning over and touching the live rock to the left that might cause it , thats how it propagates so might be a cause? I dunno just a guess.

xenia elongata. it looks like it was previously attached to something and was torn free, and now is healing. i wouldn't worry about it.
