Yet another death

I found one of my albino bn plecos dead this evening. When I netted her out I noticed eggs were starting to come out. Do fish get egg bound and die like birds do? Ever since I introduced new fish I'm having a die off. In this tank it's not ich. Ammonia is .25 or less from API test kit results. Are there unseen fish diseases? Never had this happen before.
