I have 10 zebra danios along with neons, platies, betta and clown plecs and a bristlenose. Recently a couple of the danios are getting a rounded stomach. How can I tell if they are pregnant or not and how can I tell the difference between a male and female danio?

Like many egg layers females are slightly more rounded. This is more obvious when looking at them from above. Males will be slender and females more robust and rounded. They will never be pregnant. Since they are egg layers they will be gravid (full of eggs).

If they are all equally full they probably just ate a lot recently. If they are about 50% rounded those are probably females ready to breed.

Unless you set them up in a breeding tank most likely they will lay eggs one day and the eggs will be quickly eaten.

Thank you! I'm glad to hear that as I don't want any babies - my tank has enough danios.
