Zoa or not

These little guys came up about a month ago. I have a zoa rock that I was treating for zoa pocks. So some of the polyps were falling off. I'm wondering if these guys are zoas that survived?

Here is a picture of the zoas that survived zoa pocks. They turned a lot orange from the treatment. They are slowly turning green.
