can anyone help me id this cichlid??

It's supposed to be a polit but it looks nothing like the other two females, it has a weird mouth, no lips and an underbite and it's mouth looks more like a wide slit....I'm baffled lol much appreciated if anyone knows anything

Nice fish, but looks a proper psycho. I'd be reluctant to put my hand in the tank. No idea what it is though.

it's actually not psycho at all, seems happy and friendly, but it's really starting to bug me on what iv actually got here, a different cichlid or maybe it's a polit with a deformed mouth? I don't know but even the body shape is slightly different

looks very similar to a Petrochromis Polyodon Zambia im sure it's some sort of Tropheus varient. hope that that helps

It's a Labeotropheus, I'm sayin' L. trewavasae as slender as it is.

Awesome, I googled L. trewavasae and I'd have to say that's it, didn't see any the same color but body shape and mouth are exactly the same. don't know how it ended up in the polit tank at big Al's but whatever lol thank you so much for your guys help in identifying it, much appreciated
