color faded

My Neolamprologus Leleupi is usually a vibrant orange but has recently dulled A LOT! He seems normal in every other manner. He eats, digs, swims about, and he just mated with my female for the second time. He almost seems to have an opaque white film over his body. Any clue? Thanks

have any pics? this sounds like a disease i've seen clownfish get in SW but don't know about FW.
