feeding my Electric Blue Jewel Cichlid

I added an electric blue jewel cichlid to my 20g XH planted tank a couple months ago. She's a beautiful fish and doesn't dig or disturb the plants at all. I thought she was a he until she laid a large amount of eggs in a corner of the tank and defended them for a few days before they disappeared.

I've just been feeding her tropical flakes that the rest of the inhabitants of the tank eat. Supplemented with freeze dried blood worms, fd brine shrimp, & shrimp pellets.

I'm used to keeping mbunas and feeding them a specialized diet. Anyone know what the best diet for a jewel cichlid is?

I feed mine NLS and supplement with bloodworms and brine shrimp.
