Strange Water Issue

So I have a ten gallon fry tank that gets cleaned every other day 50% water changes so it decided to start doing this thing where the water turns green over night out of no where and we can't get it to be clear....we have never ever had this happen any suggestions?

Also forgot to mention there's no algae growth in the tank

Could parameters have anything to do with it?

Temp is 76 constantly ph is 7.8 no Trites or trates ever....just weird never had this happen
