What small cichlid?

Have a 75 gallon angelfish tank and I used to have GBRs but sold them. I wanted something newer. I was thinking jewels by heard they'd tear up my angels. I have a 37 gallon that I plan to use
As a grow out tank/breeding tank. Was thinking Bolivian rams? Maybe something smaller?
