Looking for a good protein skimmer but nothing to pricey starting this 10 gallon build with a budget of around 250$

in a tank that small you really don't need a skimmer , as long as you do weekly water changes

I'm looking to get some Lps, sps, and some soft corals in my 10 should I get the API saltwater care or API reef master care? If I also want a clown and a skunk shrimp?

i would get a better test kit than api as sometimes they can be in accurate
