Help with upgrading return pump for 8g biocube

Im trying to increase my water flow in my 8g biocube but I dont know pump sizes. Right now I have the stock return pump and I am trying to figure out what pump size I would need to upgrade to help circulation in my tank. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
