A little confused about salifert test results

I purchased a Salifert nitrate test kit today to check it against my API test kit. I'm having an ongoing problem, although not terrible with algae. My API test results show 5 ppm nitrates. I did a test using the Salifert and this is the results I got. If I'm reading correctly, my nitrates are about 2ppm or so. It says if you look from the top of the bottle and your results are less than 10ppm, look through the side and divide the results by 10. Looks to me the color is about 25ppm so divide that by 10 and you get 2.5ppm. Is that right??

The color of test sample seems to be between 10 and 25. So I would say it is 2 ppm
