I just found one in my tank. I know they are good. What is like to know is if the appearance of them means that my tank is stabilizing out. Since I have been having nitrates problem.

All it really means is they hitchhiked in to your system.. nothing to do with stabilizing...

Ok. I didn't know if they had to have good water conditions. I've also noticed a pod the other day also
