ive been talking to this lady at the pet store about my new tank alot. she asked me what i still needed so i went down the list. i told here that sand was next on my list. she looked up live sand prices on her little computer and quoted me 30# at $65. i told here that id have to wait a few weeks to be able to afford the amount i needed. she told me as long as i perchased the extra live rock i wanted from her she whould give me live sand at the price of #30 for $45 thats the price she gets it for. its fiji sand. i ordered #180 lbs of it for my tank. this just goes to show that building up a friendly relationship with your lfs helps out alot. i was just gonna get like #100 lbs of live sand and #100 of southdown, but at that price i can afford to go all live sand
