CLEANER SHRIMP

i got a cleaner shrimp, but none of my fish want to have anything to do with them. i know he's eager to clean because if a fish goes by, he moves his antennae onto them trying to coax them to come near so he can clean them but they swim away in fear. any way to make the fish udnerstand what his purpose is?

I see from your other post you have a coral beauty. My coral beauty will let the cleaners clean inside her mouth even. My clowns want nothing to do with the cleaners (tank raised clowns) but the others value their service.

It may just take a few days for them to utilize the cleaning services. After 2 weeks or so they will likely take advantage.

Not sure when you got the cleaner but it will take a little while for them to work this out... mine usually get most of the cleanings after I turn the daylight lights out and only the actinics are on.....
