Fish Food Brands?

Hey there, I feed my fish a combination of Formula One and Formula Two and some brime shrimp.

I'm looking into flake foods for when I go away and need to fill my automatic feeder. Which are better? Flake or pellet? Which cause less organic waste? My fish a pretty small. I've got a clown, a dwarf angel and a psudochromis.

Also... Can anyone recommend a good vitamin supplement? How about Kent's Zoe?
