How much DT's and how often?

I've been dosing DT's for a while but am curious as to how much and how often you people does this? Do you follow the directions or add some other amount? I realize it will depend on what is in your tank etc... so my tank is a 200g reef w/ 7 sm/med clams about 20 hard corals and 30 or so softies most being sm/med with a few large colonies.
