Is my waterflow ok ?

Hi, I just made a footage video of my aquariums, reef and freshwater...

I'm just not sure about the flow for my corals... They seems to be growing since months, but just want to know if there's something I can improve...

- 20g
- R420R 60W LEDS 16000K
- 50-90g SWC protein skimmer

Ca: 440
Mg: 1350
Alk: 9.0
Temp: 26.1 C°
Ph: 8-8.2

Undetectable NO3/PO4

I think the flow is fine. You will find out if it isnt, when there is noticable detritus buildup in corners. Flow in my 120 is very comparable overall and its doing fine.
