Yes... but You're not out of the waters yet - your livestock has been put under a LOT of stress. Keep an eye on them - although there may not be much you can do. I'm not a saltwater keeper, but if there was no flow in your filter, the beneficial critters/bacteria may have perished - Watch out for a Cycle over the coming days, take Ammonia/Nitrite readings OFTEN (twice a day at least?)
