MH or VHO which one is best for me?

I am going to be upgrading my lighting from PC to....well, you decide.

I have a 75g, 48" long tank.

I want to be able to keep most all corals and anemones.

I am not worried about price I want the best.

Please tell me which I should get and how much of it. Thanks!

Rev said he wanted the best and cost didn't matter so IMO, VHOs are better, you could sell the PCs....

time is up to you as far as on and off !! i know i guy that works nights and has his on at 5 pm off at 3 ish !! but 10 hours i feel is good !!
learning alot myself about lights but my understanding is you want antinics for coral growth and blue light travels the farthest in water ! others can chime in with more tech answers
