Orange-Spotted Gobies

We just got two Gobies and I was wondering about eating habits. I know they stir up the sand bed and get some food from there but is this suffiecent? I know they will get some food that falls to the bottom, but should I make sure to get food down there by their caves they have made? Also, when they get the sand going it gets the tank cloudy, can a sandbed be too "dirty" or is that the stuff they are trying to eat?
