purple hairy algae and bright green algae help!!

over the past two weeks or so green algae has been growing on my liverock and recently iv noticed this darkish purple hairy algea on part of my liverock and livesand any ideas on what to do or what it is, with the green algae and the purple hairy stuff???

29 gallon saltwater "reef tank", 10 lbs crushed coral, 40 lbs aruglive sand, two percula clowns, one firefish,cleaner shrimp, blue legg hermits, 25 pounds fiji live rock, penguin 350 biowheel filter, prism delux hang on protien skimmer, maxijet 1200 powerhead, 125watt ebo jager heater, regular floresent lamp.

Just a hunch but the green algae could be hair algae and the dark purple on the rocks and sand could be cyanobacteria. Any chance of posting a pic? What are you water parameters for nitrate and phosphates. Why type of water do you use? Tap, RO/DI?

The purple hairy stuff you speak of could possibly be red cyano, and the green is either dinoflagellates or hair algae, I'm guessing. got any pics?
