question about my creatures in my tank

i have a simple 30 gallon saltwater tank with a tang and a pair of clowns.....i recentlly noticed that in my tank there are these little creatures, orange in color and they look ike octapus tentacles...there seem to be shooting out these striny things and im assuming they are trying to reproduce....what the crap are they and they are everywhere...please help.

They are spaghetti worms. Beneficial critters in your rock and sand.

I think they sound like spaghetti worms too. They are good for the tank. I wouldnt worry about it.
